SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Harvey and PacerPro today announced a partnership that brings the federal and state court record captured and structured by PacerPro into Harvey's legal AI platform, giving litigators a more direct path from case activity to action. PacerPro is the court data and workflow infrastructure trusted by the majority of the Am Law 100, including eight of the ten largest US law firms.

Litigation work runs on what is filed. When a filing posts, lawyers must retrieve it, reconstruct the case history around it, and locate the firm's prior work on the question before substantive work can begin. That material typically lives outside the tools lawyers use to research, draft, and analyze, and assembling it is manual, slow, and reactive.

The partnership between Harvey and PacerPro closes that gap: each new filing arrives in Harvey already connected to its case, docket history, judge, parties, and counsel, and to the firm's own client and matter numbers, with PacerPro serving as the court data and workflow infrastructure enabling the integration. This reflects Harvey and PacerPro's shared goal of giving litigators a single, trusted place to track case activity and act on it. That record is both current and cumulative: the filings arriving in the firm's matters now, and the briefing, rulings, and outcomes from the matters that came before.
